Most of you have no idea what is entailed in finding a new home for each puppy and think it is okay to just change your mind.

When you place your deposit, I  stop advertising your puppy and remove him from my website and the other places I have him advertised. Initially, when I first post a pic or an even an  updated one, there is a lot of interest and I turn people away because you said you wanted the puppy.

Most people move on when they find out the puppy they were interested in is sold. I have no way of contacting these people to say the puppy is available again. Plus, I have to repost pics and place ads to a lot of different places. This takes time.

Some of you change your mind when the puppy is almost ready to go to your home and I then need rehome him quickly and it’s impossible. I have lost my prime selling time for him. He basically goes down in value. This is why you see me lowering prices on puppies, it’s because they are getting older.

I am no longer refunding any money to you if you change your mind.
