If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone. You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of the receipt of the product, this does not apply to a puppy. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be returned.
If the product has still not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full.
